Baldur’s Gate 3 is a massive CRPG that was released by Larian Studios in 2023. The game is set on the Sword Coast setting of the Forgotten Realms Dungeons and Dragons Campain setting. If you just push through the game without doing any side quests, it takes about eighty hours to complete. A more completionist playthrough can easily take two hundred hours or more from my personal experience!
On this page I will have biographies of the various characters in the game. as well as videos highlining their quests. I will also be adding walkthroughs for the most difficult puzzles and encounters of the game so check back often!
Baldur’s Gate 3 is all about player agency. Do you want to a hero? Do you want to be the villain? Something in between? The choice is yours!! Betrayal. Love. Lust. It’s all included. Baldur’s Gate 3 is in many ways more like an epic movie than a game. If you are an RPG fan, then I can just about guarantee you that you will love the game.
Romance
Every major character in Baldur’s Gate 3 is romanceable, and I warn you now: some of them are NOT SAFE FOR WORK! Larian in keeping with its philosophy of player agency has not implemented any kind of restrictions on the way romance works. If you like sexy pixels, you’ve come to the right place.
Combat
Combat in Baldur’s Gate 3 is turn based rather than real time with pause like the original games had. While that has caused controversy from the fans from the originals (of which I am one) I can honestly say it’s not a problem. It’s a great game that flows well.
To change the background click on the label bar and in the layer window select the style tab.
Choose a source from the background top tab then upload an image or pick a background color.
To add a layer, click the green plus button in the left sidebar and select the type of layer.
Select any layer and you can edit its content and style properties in the layer window.
